Implementation
You have purchased your new hardware and software. Now, what is the best and safest way to bring it on line? This depends on your company’s specific needs, the way you do business and the changes that you are making to your infrastructure and back office software systems; We will discuss what has to be done and recommend the best way to upgrade or replace hardware and software with minimal interruption to your employees and your business.
Tech Support
Most small to medium size businesses waste too many hours trying to get their systems working when a computer related problem arises. It is not unusual to have an employee spend half a day or more on the phone with a friend or company to try and repair a computer. Consider that they would be better off letting an expert support the systems so they can spend their time doing what they do best, their jobs. Maintenance
Once everything is up and running, it needs to be properly maintained to keep it that way. Security patches have to be applied. Servers need to be checked and as errors creep into the logs, they need to be corrected. The most important process to keep current on is to check the backups regularly. As long as you have proper backups, a server crash is an inconvenience, not a disaster.
